Plaza also provides medical management to IPA physician groups. Plaza’s core business is comprised of a network of medical centers from which primary care services are provided on an outpatient basis. For our full risk patients we assume full financial responsibility for the provision of substantially all necessary medical care in return for a percentage of the patients HMO premium. |
